ProTouch Restoration's corporate office is located in Cincinnati, Ohio. We also have local offices in Dayton, Columbus and Indianapolis. All of our contractors are certified and insured for your protection. We offer free inspections, help in navigating insurance claims, superb customer service, highly-skilled installers and a lifetime workmanship warranty.
ProTouch Restoration serves the general contracting needs of both residential & commercial clients. ProTouch Restoration is fully-staffed and equipped to handle any size restoration project. Our teams are here to serve our valued customers and to provide valuable, well installed and stress-free general contracting services.

Hurricane Ike strikes Ohio. Baldwin Services develops an understanding that homeowners need the help of a specialized contractor with knowledge of the insurance business, extending far beyond the standard specialty trades contractor.
Baldwin Services becomes, Baldwin Services LTD, a Limited Liability Company in the State of Ohio. This begins the process of extensive training and understanding to become an effective storm restoration contractor, as well as learning to become an advocate for homeowners with regard to the insurance related contracting business.
Baldwin Sevices LTD fully commits to the storm restoration business by registering with the State of Ohio as Baldwin Sevices LTD, DBA ProTouch Exteriors, with our new office located on the west side of Cincinnati. In November of that same year, we opened our second bricks and mortar office in Dayton, Ohio.
ProTouch Exteriors signs on with Acculynx CRM to effectively manage all day to day business administration, sales and operations. This relationship increases company communication and organization ten fold, while also increasing our understanding of the storm restoration business from the relationship with people that make up the Acculynx business model. In this same year, we move to our new headquarters on Harrison Avenue, in order to keep up with the rapid growth and the addition of new key personnel.
Protouch becomes one of the founding members of the UASRC (United Association Of Storm Restoration Contractors). A non profit organization developed to set higher standards of business for contractors across the United States, with its model centered on giving back to the community through charitable outreach. In July of the same year, Protouch opens a new bricks and mortar office in Columbus, Ohio, making it our third location.
With continued growth and expanded services, ProTouch Exteriors commits to a major rebranding, evolving into ProTouch Restoration, Commercial and Residential General Contractors. In March of 2013, ProTouch Restoration continues its regional expansion with a new bricks and mortar location in Indianapolis, Indiana. Committing to a strong focus in commercial renovation and disaster recovery, ProTouch Restoration unveils “iStorm” in May 2013. iStorm is a responsive technology system for complete pre and post storm and disaster servicing, dedicated to a real time partnership with commercial clientele.
